Background:
Rezoning case BAZ-1825 (A-1 to CN) and PUD-199A, which contained 1.43 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on March 17, 2009. The City Council approved BAZ-1825 & PUD-199A subject to the property being platted. The subject property was platted as 121 Elm on October 17, 2019. The property is generally located south and west of the southwest corner of Elm Place (161st East Avenue) and Tucson Street (121st Street).
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3857 and approve the Emergency Clause.
