Approval of the final acceptance of the public improvements for Casey’s General Store located at 2400 East Albany Street

Background:
Williams Construction has completed the construction for the Casey’s General Store. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements were constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements are the following: (1) Storm Sewer; (2) Sanitary Sewer and (3) Paving.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $119,456.14.
