Background:

On December 5, 2017, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ-1990 to change the zoning on 0.24 acres located south of Houston Street (81st Street), one-quarter mile east of Elm Place (161st E. Avenue) from R-3 to DM.  The City Council waived the platting requirement.

 

Zoning Change: R-3 to DM

 

Acreage: 0.24 acres

 

Legal description

 

Lot Six (6) and the East Half of Lot Seven (7), Block Fourteen (14), FEARS ADDITION, a subdivision in the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3566 and approve the Emergency Clause.
