Background:

On the 7th day of April, 2026, an election was held in the City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma (the “City”), for the purpose of submitting to the registered qualified electors of such City as Proposition No. 5, the question of the issuance of the bonds of said municipality in the amount of $6,000,000 pursuant to Article 10, Section 26 of the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma to provide funds for the purpose of constructing, expanding, repairing, which may also include improving, renovating, acquiring and equipping stormwater facilities on property owned exclusively or in part by the City (referred to herein as the “Stormwater Bonds”); and $5,000,000 of Drainage bonds to provide funds for the purpose of drainage improvements to property owned or partially owned by the city.

The 2026C Bonds will be the first series sold from the 2026 bond election, which will include $1,156,000 from Proposition 5 (Stormwater) and $844,000 from Proposition 6 (Drainage). The bonds will have a term of 20 years. A detailed list of the projects is attached.
