Background:

The property owner has submitted an application requesting the closure of an approximately 0.03 utility easement on property located approximately one-eighth mile south of Omaha Street (51st Street), one-eighth mile west of North Elm Place (161st East Avenue).

 

The easement proposed to be closed was dedicated as an off-site utility easement for The Green Country Villa plat. The property this easement crosses is under review to be platted as Ironwood.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement closure.
