Background:
The LLWWTP Disinfection system improvements project is nearly complete and needs the following Change order to achieve substantial completion.
Change Order #4 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- To cover the overrun of asphalt to cover the contract price
- 0 days in added time.
The total cost for Change Order #4 amounts to $51,400.21
The additional cost associated with these changes is as follows:
