Background:

The property owner, or their representative, has submitted an application requesting the closure of a waterline easement on property located north of West Florence Street (111th Street), east of South Azalea Avenue (Mingo Road). The location and details of the easement to be closed are detailed in the “Easement Vacation Exhibit” attachment.

This easement closure will facilitate the construction of the ongoing expansion of Evergreen Baptist Church Campus.

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the easement closure.
