Background:

The attached Utility Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Joseph R. Wilson, Trustee of the Joseph R. Wilson Trust. The utility easement is to allow the installation of a Street Light at the Homeowners Request

 

Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.
