Background:

The applicant, Kathleen Cook, Cook and Associates Engineering, INC. on behalf of the owner, Phil Roland, Roland Investments, LTD submitted an application requesting the acceptance of an offsite Temporary Overland Drainage Easement. The offsite easement is located in an unplatted portion of Lot C, Tract B of The Village at Stone Wood Hills, and will serve as a drainage swell for offsite water.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the temporary overland drainage easement.
