Background:
The attached Utility Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Bryan McCall, the owner. Parcel 3.0 consists of 4,825.74 square feet of utility easement and is for the 16-inch waterline loop Elm Place, Florence Street to Miami Street, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Bryan McCall has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Utility Easement: 4,825.74 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $2.75 SF = $13,271 X 75% = $9,953.09
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $9,960
A copy of the signed acceptance letter is attached, as is the Utility Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the November 4, 2025 City Council claims List.
