Background:
The New Elevated Storage Tank project is to add a 2.5 Million Gallon storage tank in south Broken Arrow. The project needs the following Change order to account for the extra material it took to build the road. The road into the tank is part of the project and would not “heal” during initial construction. Geogrid and rock were added to make road drivable. The road has healed after a water leak was discovered.
Change Order #2 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- Logo Design Change for the elevated water storage tank
- 0 days in added time.
The total cost for Change Order #1 amounts to $8,890.00
The additional cost associated with these changes is as follows:
