Background:
Since 2023, Visit Broken Arrow (VBA) has partnered with InHouse Advertising to support and execute strategic marketing initiatives promoting tourism and community events in Broken Arrow. InHouse has played a pivotal role in launching and elevating the Visit Broken Arrow brand, helping make Broken Arrow a recognizable and respected destination across Oklahoma.
At the June 10, 2025 VBA board meeting, InHouse presented a comprehensive summary of FY25 campaign performance, highlighting the impact of their work across multiple channels. Their expertise and creativity have been instrumental in our recent successes - including winning two Redbud Awards at the 2025 Oklahoma Conference on Tourism for marketing projects, a testament to the strength and visibility of our brand.
The proposed contract will build on the momentum of prior campaigns by funding targeted initiatives that drive visitor engagement and continued tourism growth, and we respectfully request the board's approval to move forward in order to maintain our upward trajectory and further solidify Broken Arrow's place as a leading destination in Oklahoma.
We are seeking VBA board approval to continue to work with InHouse Advertising for FY26 in the amount of $135,700. If approved, the item will go before City Council at the September 16, 2025 City Council meeting for final approval.
