Background:

BAZ-002231-2025 is a request to rezone approximately 2.42 acres from AG (Agricultural) to CN (Commercial Neighborhood) for a proposed commercial development. The property is located on the northwest corner of Washington Street (91st Street) and 9th Street (Lynn Lane Road / 177th E Avenue).
