The attached Temporary Construction Easement, consisting of 2,365 square feet of temporary construction easement for Parcel 10.A is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow by the aforementioned owners on property generally located south of 9905 South 177th East Avenue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
