Background:
On October 3, 2017, BAZ-1984, a request to change the zoning on the property associated with PUD-315 from R-2 to RS-3 was approved by the City Council. BAZ-1984 was approved subject to the property being platted. PUD-315, which contained 68.32 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on September 15, 2020, subject to the property being platted. A 38.72 acre portion of the property was platted in Tulsa County as Estates at Lynn Lane II Blocks 7-11 on July 16, 2025. The property is generally located one-half mile north of New Orleans Street (101st Street) and one-half mile east of 9th street (177th East Avenue/ Lynn Lane Road).
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3889 and approve the Emergency Clause.
