Background:
This is part of our ongoing effort to increase the capability and efficiency of the IT department. We currently use the Datto Backupify product and will add the RMM(Remote Management and Monitoring) functionality. This one tool will replace multiple tools from multiple vendors and simplify our remote PC and Server administration, remote management, patch deployment, and security management for all PC endpoints in the city network.
