Parcel 28.0 consists of 5,040.10 square feet of utility easement, and Parcel 28.1 consists of 4,986.59 square feet of temporary construction easement located at 9607 South 193rd East Avenue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma. Margaret Ann Woods has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
