Background:
The Municipal Budget Act adopted by the City Council allows the City or Authorities to amend the budget at any time during the year for necessary expenditures incurred that exceed the original budget or when circumstances warrant the action.
Budget Amendment #12 appropriates a portion of the Sales Tax Capital Improvement Fund fund balance to provide additional funding for Project ST25360, 245th E Ave/Kenosha - Oakland, and to adjust balances of projects to reflect actual availability of funds.
Cost: $133,540
