Background:

Action Powersports, Inc. is dedicating an overland drainage easement for the proposed development of Lot 1, Block 2, Timbercrest Park. The site plan for this development is currently under review by Staff. This detention easement is a requirement of the engineering and site plan review.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the overland drainage easement dedication.
