Background:

The attached Utility Easements and Temporary Construction Easements are being donated to the City of Broken Arrow from Robson Development Company, an Oklahoma Corporation, the owner. Parcel 2.1 consists of 0.37 acres of permanent utility easement, and Parcel 2.2 consists of 0.53 acres of permanent utility easement.  Temporary Construction Easements consisting of 0.48 acres for Parcel 2.A, 0.25 acres for Parcel 2.B, 0.03 acres for Parcel 2.C, 0.02 acres for Parcel 2.D, and 0.16 acres for Parcel 2.E, are being conveyed for the Park Lane Lift Station Improvements & Cambridge Estates Relief Line, located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma.

 

A copy of the Utility Easements and Temporary Construction Easements are attached.
