Approval and authorization of Final Acceptance for the public improvement for Collision Works located at 1501 East Kenosha Street

Background:
Miller-Tippens Construction Co., LLC has completed the construction for the Collision Works. The required improvement is in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. This improvement has been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvement includes the following: (1) Paving.
The owner desires to donate the public improvement identified above to the City. This improvement has an approximate value of $2,254.00.
