Background:
Rezoning case BAZ-002565-2025 (AG to CG), which contains 16.875 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on February 3, 2026, subject to being platted. The subject property also had a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, COMP-002532-2025, amending 8.8 acres of the 16.875-acre site from Level 1 to Level 4 to match the remaining acreage already slated as Level 4 that was approved by Council on January 20, 2026.
Staff recommends that the Council approve Ordinance No. 3909 and approve the emergency clause.
