Background:

The attached Utility Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Larry Boykins and Anita Boykins. Parcel 5.0 consists of 711 square feet of Utility Easement in the Northwest Quarter Section 5, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. This donation is for the Melinda Park Sanitary Sewer Improvements (Project No. S.23030).

 

A copy of the signed Utility Easement is attached.
