Background:
Planning Commission members are appointed to serve three-year terms. Mindy Payne was originally appointed by City Council on May 2, 2023. Her current three-year term expired on May 5, 2026. Mindy Payne has been recommended to continue serving on the Planning Commission by Councilor Justin Green. Mindy Payne has expressed her willingness to serve a three-year term to expire May 1, 2029.
