Background:
The attached Temporary Construction Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from the David Roy and Karen Irene Foster Revocable Living Trust, the owner. Parcel 3.A consists of 4,900 square feet of Temporary Construction Easement for the Willow Springs Lift Station Replacement, a tract of land that is located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. the David Roy and Karen Irene Foster Revocable Living Trust has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Temporary Construction Easement: 4,900 SF @ $0.84 x 10%= $411.60
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $450.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the Temporary Construction Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the March 18, 2025 City Council Claims List.
