Approval of and authorization to execute an Agreement for Professional Consultant Services with Garver, LLC, for Design of Washington Street Improvements from Garnett Road to Olive Avenue (Project Number ST1616)

Background:
The Washington Street (91st Street South) Improvements from Garnett Road to Olive Avenue (129th East Avenue) is a 2014 Streets GO Bond project. The Bond issue calls for widening Washington from Garnett Road to Olive Avenue (129th Est Avenue) including all appurtenances. Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications were received for this project and Garver, LLC was chosen by a selection committee consisting of Streets and Stormwater and Engineering and Construction Departments.
The Engineering and Construction Department prepared the attached agreement with Garver, LLC in the amount of $384,800.00. Funding for the design and construction work will be from the 2014 Streets GO Bond.
Cost: $384,800.00
