Background:
The Municipal Budget Act adopted by the City Council allows the City and Authorities to amend the budget at any time during the year for necessary expenditures incurred that exceed the original budget or when circumstances warrant the action.
Budget Amendment #6 appropriates a portion of Fund Balance for projects and expenditures that were expected to have been expended or encumbered in FY24, or were inadvertently left out of the FY25 budget, and to adjust balances of projects to reflect actual availability of funds.
Cost: $3,504,422.00
