Background:
The Stoneridge and Elm Drainage Improvements project completed a detention pond with an outlet structure.
Change Order #1 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- Delete 196 LF of Temporary Silt Fence, delete 2 sediment filters, delete 720 LF of ditch liner protection, delete 1 stabilized construction entrance, delete 119 CY of 10’ wide gravel access road, delete 1 low water crossing, and delete 3 rock check dams.
Total time added to contract is:
- Time was added in a work change directive due to sodding.
The total cost for Change Order #1 amounts to ($31,416.80)
