Background:
Independent School District No. 9 (The Union Public School District) has several schools within the City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. In order to ensure the safety of students, the City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma has agreed to enter into this inter-local agreement to assist the Union Public School District by providing funding for crossing guards at several locations. The selected locations take into account the vehicle traffic patterns of the city and the pedestrian patterns of school children. The school district will hire, train, supervise and equip the crossing guards.
Cost: $3,600
