Background:
The City of Broken Arrow banks with First Bank of Oklahoma and with Jay Heinrichs retiring staff needs to update the signature cards. To accomplish this the bank requires a resolution. Resolution 1761 will satisfy the bank’s request so that we can update the signature cards.
