Background:
This project is to replace the roof on the Annex Building in Public Safety Complex that houses the EMS department. This roof has reached the end of its service life and needs to be replaced.
An agreement has been negotiated with Selser Shaefer Architects (aka Narrate) to investigate the existing roof conditions, make recommendations on a new roofing system, and then prepare construction documents for the roof replacement. The agreement is for $ 14,100.00
