Approval of final acceptance for the water and sanitary sewer public improvements for The Shops at Aspen Creek

Background:
Paragon Contractors, LLC, has completed the construction of the water and sanitary sewer for The Shops at Aspen Creek. The required improvements are in accordance with the approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements were constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements include the following: (1) Water; and (2) Sanitary Sewer.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $689,389.77
