The Birch Co. is dedicating a utility easement for purposes of providing utility service to extend onto Lot 1, Block 1, Broken Arrow Heights Addition, for a new rowhouse development. The utility easement is shown as Exhibit A.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement dedication.
