Background:
The Highway 51 Sewer Extension from Blue Bell Creameries to East Washington Street BAMA project is for the upsize and addition of new sanitary sewer pipe along Highway 51 and East Washington Street to reroute existing sewer to relieve over capacity sewerlines as well as allow for future growth in the area. Part of a temporary construction easement needed for this BAMA project is located on Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA) property. The OTA requires an agreement in order to perform construction on OTA property.
