PT-001149-2023, the preliminary plat for Alghezi Addition, proposes to have 1 lot on approximately 0.078 acres. This property, which is located approximately one-quarter mile north of Houston Street and one-quarter mile east of 23rd Street, southwest of the Broken Arrow Expressway, has been approved for rezoning, via BAZ-000710-2023, from A-1 to IL along with PUD-000708-2023, subject to the property being replatted.

The property was platted in Wagoner County as the east 16 feet of lot Fourteen (14) and all of Lot Fifteen (15), Block 2, Couch Addition on January 31, 1958 and later annexed into the City of Broken Arrow on October 6, 1986 (Ordinance No. 1427).

Since the property was originally platted in Wagoner County, replatting was required as a condition of the rezoning. The applicant has been working with the Fire Marshal to bring the facility into code compliance while the zoning and platting requirements are being addressed.
