LOT-002767-2026, GPM Albany St, is a lot consolidation request of 1.47 acres of land within the Dobbs Park Addition. The property is located on the southwest corner of Albany St (61st Street) and Aspen Ave (145th E Ave). The applicant is requesting this consolidation as part of the development of a commercial trucking fuel center.
According to FEMA National Flood Hazard Layer Maps, no portions of both properties to be consolidated are located within the 100-year floodplain. Water and sanitary sewer service are available from the City of Broken Arrow.
Oklahoma Natural Gas (ONG), Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO), Windstream/Kinetic, and Cox Communications did not indicate any issues with the proposed lot consolidation. Broken Arrow City Staff had no comments or corrections for this lot consolidation request.
This lot consolidation request was reviewed by the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting on April 14, 2026. Staff and stakeholders presented no comments or questions on this request.
