LOT-002767-2026, GPM Albany St, is a lot consolidation request of 1.47 acres of land within the Dobbs Park Addition. The property is located on the southwest corner of Albany St (61st Street) and Aspen Ave (145th E Ave). This lot consolidation request was reviewed by the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting on April 14, 2026. Staff and stakeholders presented no comments or questions on this request.
