Background:
This is the renewal of the annual maintenance of the software system and is a budgeted expense.
Questys is the City’s system for internal document management and content management system for all historical records. This system is important to the day-to-day operations of the City and is used by multiple departments including the City Clerk’s office.
Cost: $26,856.85
