Approval of and authorization to execute a Professional Consultant Agreement with Land3 Studio, LLC for the Design of Nienhuis Park Sand Volleyball Courts (Project No. 186023)

Background:
This is a project that will provide a master plan for future sand volleyball courts at Nienhuis Park. It will include four (4) courts to be designed and constructed with the present funding (Phase I) and future courts, parking and other accessories.
The Consultant shall prepare a Design Development/Master Plan document for all improvements (all sand volleyball courts, parking, walks and hospitality components). The Consultant shall prepare Construction Drawings and Bid Documents for four (4) sand volleyball courts with lighting, access and amenities required for those four (4) courts.
Funding for this agreement is available in the 2011 GO Bond Fund.
Cost: $18,850.00
