Background:

The Robson Companies, Inc. is dedicating a Stormwater Detention Easement for purposes providing stormwater detention to a proposed Development. SITE-001661-2024, the site plan for Forest Ridge Tennis Facility is currently under review by Staff.

 

The dedication of the 0.74-acre Stormwater Detention Easement shown in exhibit A has been reviewed by Staff and is recommended for acceptance.
