The attached Landscape Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Quik Trip Corporation, Parcel 7 consists of 0.0107 acres, it is located at 2400 N Aspen Avenue, in the Southeast Quarter Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. This donation is for the Broken Arrow Gateway Signs, Parcel 7, (Project No. 201710).
