Background:

Evergreen Baptist Church by Jerry Voris, is dedicating a utility easement for purpose of constructing, maintaining, operating, and replacing utility lines and appurtenances. The property has been platted as Lot 1, Block 1, Evergreen Baptist Church Amended.

 

The dedication of this 0.11-acre utility easement shown in the attached legal description and exhibit covers the area needed for public improvements required as a condition of the site plan.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
