Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Kent Bright, President of AG Equipment Company, the owner. Parcel 8.0 consists of 0.0543 acres of permanent Right-of-Way generally located at the Southeast corner of Olive Avenue and Albany Street, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. This donation is for the Broken Arrow Gateway Signs, Parcel 8.0, (Project No. 201710).

 

A copy of the signed General Warranty Deed is attached.
