Background:
Agenda Item 26-1648 was submitted to the governing body at the October 20, 2026 meeting of the City Council. This item was presented on the consent agenda as a notification of a contract with Poe and Associates for OKR04 Municipal Stormwater compliance services for compliance with the City’s ODEQ OKR04 Permit. The item was approved by council, however, funding for this project is provided from the Stormwater Operating Budget which is controlled by the Broken Arrow Municipal Authority. Staff is requesting BAMA to ratify the contract as presented to City Council.
