Background:
The HVAC systems at Fire Station No. 2 are not working properly. City crews have attempted to repair or remediate the systems, but the systems are still having significant issues. Staff has negotiated a Flynt & Kallenberger, Inc., in the amount of $15,960.00 for their services to investigate the current system and issues, write an observation, conclusion and recommendation report and to provide renovation plans to remediate the current issues. Staff recommends approval of the Professional Consultant Agreement.
Funding for the project is from the Fire Sales Tax Fund.
Cost: $15,960.00
