Background:
The Houston Street Widening from Garnett Road to Olive Avenue project widens that mile from a three lane to a five lane road. This project has dealt with record weather and utility delays.
Change Order #5 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- This is a reconciliation change order for items that overran and underrun.
- There is a 17 day change in contract time. This time was the time to finish the punch and redo some work on the south lane that needed addressed.
The total cost for Change Order #5 amounts to $150,033.25
The additional cost associated with these changes is as follows:
