Background:

This proposed ordinance brings the City of Broken Arrow into compliance with Oklahoma State Statutes.  Specifically, this ordinance excepts small arms ammunition and components therefor from the definition of explosives.  Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3419 and approve the Emergency Clause.
