Background:

To expand the project limits to North Pecan Place, adding 1,200 linear feet of sidewalk to the project, in order to provide sidewalk connectivity on the south side of Kenosha Street, staff negotiated a design amendment with Garver, LLC, the consulting firm responsible for design.

Staff recommends approval of this design amendment.
