Background:

The right-of-way acquisition for the 23rd Street Roadway Improvements, Albany Street to Omaha Street has been approved for funding in the General Obligation Bond 2018. The City’s right-of-way agent has attempted unsuccessfully to negotiate with Phillips 66 Co, the owner of Parcel 13.0, 13.1, and 13.A, generally located at 5400 South 193rd East Avenue, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Section 31, Township 19 North, Range 15 East. The attached Resolution of Necessity No. 1607 recommends that condemnation proceed on Parcel 13.0 for Fee Simple Permanent Right-of-Way, Temporary Construction Easement, and Utility Easement.

 

Cost:                                                                $69,300.00 plus costs
