Background:

The owner, Mr. Phil Roland of Roland Investments, Ltd., has executed a General Warranty Deed granting a parcel of land to the City of Broken Arrow.  The parcel was necessary to construct the road and obtain right-of-way for Hillside Drive from 9th Street (Lynn Lane) to Albany Street.  Mr. Roland has requested that the City also include in this General Warranty Deed a small remainder tract that is located between the Hillside Drive right of way and the existing Broken Arrow Expressway right of way.
