Background:

Rezoning case BAZ 1892 (ON to DM) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on May 7, 2013.  Since the property was already platted (Lots 1, 2, and North ½ of Lot 3, Block 15, Original Town), platting was waived.  The property is located one-quarter mile south of Kenosha Street on the southeast corner of Main Street and Freeport Street. 

 

Zoning Change:  ON (Office Neighborhood) to DM (Downtown Mixed-Use Core)

 

Acreage: 0.20 acres

 

Legal Description for BAZ 1892

 

Lots One (1), Two (2) and North Half (N/2) of Lot Three (3), Block Fifteen (15), ORIGINAL TOWN OF BROKEN ARROW, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, according to the Recorded Plat thereof.
