Background:
Rezoning case BAZ 1892 (ON to DM) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on May 7, 2013. Since the property was already platted (Lots 1, 2, and North ½ of Lot 3, Block 15, Original Town), platting was waived. The property is located one-quarter mile south of Kenosha Street on the southeast corner of Main Street and Freeport Street.
Zoning Change: ON (Office Neighborhood) to DM (Downtown Mixed-Use Core)
